Plaintiff-appellant, Raymond Schmelzer, appeals from an order of the district court dismissing his complaint against James J. Cally, defendant-appellee, for lack of personal jurisdiction. We find that there were insufficient contacts with the State of Ohio to justify the exercise of long-arm jurisdiction over this defendant. Accordingly, we affirm the district courts order of dismissal.
